How Can I Get in Contact About My Order

Payment & Shipping

You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. If you do not receive an email, your order was not successful. You can also check your bank statement for charges.If you have any more questions about the status of your order, contact us. 

Processing takes 1-2 weeks after payment (not including weekends). Shipping times depends on the method you choose at checkout.

 Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via the email you placed the order with. Please allow up to 48 hours for your package link to update.

If you do not receive a tracking number after processing days are over with, please feel free to contact us. If your order says "Waiting for Shipment it is being taken to a USPS facility.

We are not responsible for your package after it ships

 

Returns & Refunds

Glizzy Glo do not accept exchanges. Refunds are issued depending on the situation. There will be no refunds on e-books or digital products. We are not responsible for damaged or stolen items. After shipped, we no longer have control or access over your order. If your package is damaged, it was probably because of mishandling of the mail carrier and you must contact them about your order. We ship directly to the address given. We ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for what happens to your package after it ships.
